Sizing: Order 1 size up from your normal shoe size to allow for thick socks.
Break-in: Plan 2-3 hours of wear before your trek.

Fit: Should sit 2 fingers width above your hip bones.
Weight: We recommend no more than 20% of your body weight.

Do I need insurance for rentals?
All rentals include comprehensive insurance coverage at no additional cost. This covers damage, loss, and theft of equipment during your rental period.
Can I rent multiple items for a group?
Absolutely! We offer group discounts for 5+ people. Contact us for custom quotes on bulk equipment rentals.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (June-October). Last-minute rentals are available based on inventory.
What if equipment gets damaged during my trek?
Minor wear is normal and covered by insurance. For significant damage, we have a reasonable damage policy. Let us know immediately if issues arise.
Do you offer delivery to hotels?
Yes! We provide delivery to major hotels and lodges in Arusha and Moshi for a small fee. Pickup is also available after your trek.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept mobile money (M-Pesa), bank transfers, credit cards, and cash. A 30% deposit secures your reservation.
