No. Your first consultation and itinerary brief is completely free. We only ask for a deposit once you've reviewed and approved your custom itinerary.
Yes — we can often arrange safaris within 48–72 hours. However, peak season (July–October) and gorilla trekking permits require 4–6 months advance booking.
We primarily design private safaris for individuals, couples, and families. Small group options (4–8 people) are available on request at reduced per-person cost.
USD is standard across East Africa. We also accept EUR and GBP at current rates. Payment by bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card. M-Pesa available for local clients.
