When you send an enquiry we collect the name, contact details and trip information you give us, so we can reply and prepare a quote. We also record basic analytics — pages viewed, time on page, referring site — to understand how the site is used.
What we do with it
We use your enquiry details only to respond to you and arrange your trip. We do not sell your data. We share details with the lodges, camps and suppliers involved in your booking, only as needed to deliver it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while they are commercially relevant and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will act on it.
