Four Seasons Serengeti

The Four Seasons Serengeti brought genuinely five-star hotel standards to one of Africa’s most remote environments. Situated in the central Seronera area beside a natural waterhole, the lodge offers an infinity pool from which guests watch elephants and lions drinking at eye level. The 77 rooms and suites are spacious and climate-controlled. The spa, multiple restaurants, and wine cellar would not be out of place in a major city. The tradeoff for this comfort level is that you are inside the national park boundary and subject to park regulations — no night drives or off-road driving — but the year-round wildlife around the waterhole partially compensates.
